Eligibility:
- Institutions must have multiple accepted case presentations at IODCPC 2026.
- Presentations must reflect clinical depth, interdepartmental collaboration, and a focus on real-world patient care.
Selection:
- Based on the number of accepted case presentations.
- Quality will be reviewed by the scientific committee to ensure standards are met.
✨ Department of the Year – Excellence in Patient Care
Awarded to: A specific department within an institution
Purpose: To honor a department that has shown exceptional commitment to diagnosing and managing oral diseases and whose case presentations demonstrate teamwork, consistency, and clinical excellence.
Eligibility:
- The department must have multiple accepted submissions.
- Must demonstrate intra-departmental coordination and consistency in case quality.
Selection:
- The quality and depth of cases will be assessed.
- The number of accepted presentations may be a supporting factor.
🎓 Excellence in Learning and Leadership Award
Awarded to: Institution with outstanding representation and engagement
Purpose: To recognize an institution that fosters a strong academic culture through participation, leadership, and community presence during the conference.
Eligibility:
- High number of registered participants from the institution.
- Visible engagement in multiple aspects of the conference (presenting, attending sessions, and participating in discussions and networking spaces).
Selection:
- Overall representation and involvement across the virtual platform.
- Judged by the organizing team based on presence and participation.
