Dr. Peter M. Sadow
Director, Head & Neck & Endocrine Pathology
Dr. Peter M. Sadow is Director of Head and Neck and Endocrine Pathology at Massachusetts General Hospital and Professor of Pathology at Harvard Medical School. He completed an MD/PhD at the University of Chicago, where his doctoral research examined mechanisms of thyroid hormone action, followed by residency and fellowship training at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
Dr. Sadow’s research focuses on thyroid neoplasia and salivary gland tumors, and he has contributed extensively to diagnostic pathology and translational research in head and neck diseases. He has served at MGH for nearly two decades and is widely recognized for his mentorship of academic pathologists and trainees.
In addition to his clinical and academic work, he collaborates internationally and participates in multidisciplinary initiatives advancing the understanding of head and neck pathology.
